1. Your right of withdrawal

When you buy a product online from LuxuryToys, you generally have
a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you,
or a third party designated by you, receives the product.

If several products from one order are delivered separately,
the withdrawal period starts after you receive the last product.

2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

You do not have to give a reason for withdrawing from your purchase.

You may also notify us before the product has been delivered.

3. Online withdrawal function

During the applicable withdrawal period, customers can use
the online withdrawal function provided on our website.

After submitting an online withdrawal request,
you will receive confirmation of the withdrawal.

The online function is intended to make cancelling an online purchase
simple and accessible.

4. Returning your product

After informing us that you are withdrawing from the purchase,
you must send the product back within 14 days.

The shipping date is relevant for determining whether the product
was returned on time.

Please package the product carefully to reduce the risk of damage
during transport.

We recommend keeping your shipping receipt and track & trace information
until the return has been fully processed.

5. Return shipping costs

LuxuryToys does not reimburse normal return shipping costs
where you exercise the right of withdrawal because you have changed your mind.

This does not apply where the product is defective,
damaged or incorrectly delivered.

6. Inspecting a product

During the withdrawal period, you may inspect a product
to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature,
characteristics and functioning.

You should handle the product in a similar way to how you would
reasonably inspect it in a physical shop.

If you handle or use a product beyond what is necessary for inspection
and this causes a loss in value, LuxuryToys may deduct that loss in value
from the refund where legally permitted.

7. Hygiene seals and intimate products

Some products sold by LuxuryToys are intimate products
for which health protection and hygiene are important.

You may inspect the product while the applicable hygiene seal remains intact.

Opening the outer shipping box does not in itself remove your right of withdrawal.

The exception only applies where:

• the product was actually supplied with a hygiene seal;
• the product is not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons; and
• you were informed before purchase that breaking the seal removes the right of withdrawal.

LuxuryToys does not automatically refuse every opened intimate product
simply because it is an adult product.
The statutory hygiene exception is applied only where the legal requirements are met.

8. Products that cannot be returned under the hygiene exception

Where the hygiene exception applies and the seal has been broken,
the product can no longer be returned under the statutory right of withdrawal.

This may apply, depending on the product and packaging,
to certain intimate products that are delivered sealed for hygiene protection.

If you are unsure whether you may open a particular product
and still retain your right of withdrawal,
please contact us before breaking the hygiene seal.

9. Refund after withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from the entire order,
we refund the purchase price of the returned products.

We also refund the original cost of our standard delivery method
where the entire order is withdrawn.

If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery method,
the additional cost of that premium delivery option is not refunded.

If you return only part of an order,
the original shipping costs do not have to be refunded.

10. When will you receive your refund?

We refund the applicable amount within 14 days
after receiving your withdrawal notice.

We may wait with the refund until:

• we have received the returned product; or
• you provide evidence that the product has been sent back,

whichever occurs first.

The refund is normally made using the same payment method
used for the original purchase, unless another method is agreed.

11. Defective, damaged or incorrect products

The withdrawal procedure is separate from your statutory rights
when a product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the agreement.

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product,
please contact us before returning it.

Please include:

• your order number;
• a description of the issue;
• photos where they can reasonably help us assess the problem.

We will provide appropriate instructions for returning
or otherwise resolving the issue.

12. Return costs for defective products

A valid warranty or conformity claim is handled without cost to the customer.

Reasonable return shipping costs for a defective,
damaged or incorrectly delivered product are borne by LuxuryToys.

If you pay reasonable return shipping costs yourself
following our return instructions, these costs will be reimbursed
after the returned product has been received and assessed.

13. Assessment of a returned defective product

After receiving a product returned as defective,
we may inspect it to determine the nature and cause of the problem.

Where the product is legally non-conforming,
we will provide the remedy required under applicable consumer law.

Nothing on this page limits your statutory warranty
or conformity rights.
